The main requirements of the release agent are: there is a certain thermal stability and chemical inertia, does not corrode the mold cavity surface, residual decomposition in the mold cavity surface, does not affect the product color, but can give a good appearance, non-toxic, easy to prepare, easy to use.

Rubber release agent refers to a kind of substance used to prevent adhesion between rubber products and mold surfaces and to make them smooth out of mold without tearing. It is sprayed or applied to the surface of the die cavity to form an effective isolation layer. This is the purpose of the rubber release agent.
